Add Option to Remove Chat Box and Other Selected HUD Features

    Sometimes I find the chat distracting and it hurts my game play (when I'm on full-rekk mode), I'd really love if it could be hidden such as the minimap can.

    How about making it go to the top? usually i don't play kag full screen and can't read the chat in the edge. Kinda like alpha :)
