All Pass, cant buy :( Country not listed!

    So today i found out that i could buy the game on my phone, which brought me allot of joy since i had no credit card to buy the game, but, when i searched for my country, it wasn't there. I tried to send it by taking the country closest to me, and also any EU region, but it didn't work!!!

    I live in South Africa(dont make fun, we play games here too!!!!!!)
    Any help would be appreciated.
