Description: Flooded neutral halls can be recaptured simply by throwing a sponge in the middle of the hall and sitting in the un-flooded area despite the rest of the area being flooded. In one case, once the sponge became full and the hall ended up flooded again, the hall didn't become neutral but remained in the hands of those who captured it by using the above technique.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Flood a captured hall until it turns neutral
    2. Buy a sponge and swim inside the hall until you reach the hall's ceiling, right in the middle
    3. Drop the sponge in the middle of the hall and move towards the area that has been cleared of water, the hall should end up captured despite the rest of the hall being flooded almost completely
