Banned from Gold KAG server (Euro)?

I just began playing a few days ago and sign up for premium, tonight I was banned from the Gold KAG server (Euro) for going AFK and cannot get back in. Is this common practice? I don't understand how that constitutes a permanent ban from the server.

 

Should just be a temp kick from the server. Regardless I don't think this was intended. There are devs on here, hopefully someone see's this soon.

 

I really doubt it's permament. The kick/ban system is a bit limited right now, it's kinda hard to just kick people. And going afk is bigger than it might seem - it makes your team have one less man and blocks the spot to replace him. 2-3 idlers and the team is sure to start to loose. So yeah, no wonder you got removed. It will be solved with a spectator team, or some kind of an automatic anti-idler system in the future I'm sure, for now just quit the server when you have to go afk.

 

It looks like I can use that server again, thanks for the feedback. In the future I will quit the server if I plan to go afk.

 

A simple admin-kick kicks you from the server and bans you for 10min. That's what probably happend.

 

Yeah, that was me that kicked. Sorry, you were afk for well over 10 minutes, and we were getting stormed hard. Needed to make room for active players.
