black screen screenshot

when i try to report some griefers the only pic i get is mega black screen

 

When I make a movie with Fraps and take screenshots at the same time, the screenshots are black.

 

I get aswell with the usual kag screen button only black screens, i use fn + home[prt sc] and copy paste it in paint.

 

A print screen usually wont take a picture of your game. Doesn't it just take your desktop?


This will probably occur if you're in full screen.

 

Try turning full screen off and see if it captures the KAG window.

 

its not only print screen, its FN (a function key) + print screen, then you gotta put that inside of a paint picture with ctrl + V. (i have windows vista + fullscreen and it works like that) But the usual kag screen button doesnt work, aswell not for me with chat open =/

 

When I press F4, I only get a black screen. When I Print Screen, I can capture a photo.

 

For me F4 pictures work with both fullscreen and not fullscreen. Also prtscn works.

 

I've had some problems (black screens) taking screenshots in full screen too, but then got Fraps. Works well.

 

yes, when i use f4 to make a screenshot it's the same. black png in screenshot folder.
edit: i play fullscreen and didn't test it for window mode

 

[F4] works for me everywhere: ingame, menus, windowed, fullscreen
