Linux blacklist.cfg being improperly written too

    The blacklist.cfg file is wrecked whenever the file is written to by the server. For example:

    If you add a player to the file then the reason will be automatically overwritten to "Banned" if the game ever modifies the file. You can replicate this bug by adding someone to the file, loading the security in game, and then waiting for the game to ping ban someone (you could probably try adding a ban ingame to achieve the same effect).

    This means it's difficult to keep track of why someone was actually banned and makes it even harder to point them to a place they can appeal. Please fix this soon.
