    I see nowhere to ask questions relating to forum rules, would it be considered libel to make a thread for a suggested blacklist where the community tracks people we know are griefers/idiots and compile a blacklist that we keep updated for said purpose? I do not want to start the thread and then just end up with an infraction for said reasons.
