Windows Blurry/Scratchy Text & Minimap

    Note- This issue happens in any resolution full screen or windowed.

    The game itself is not blurry, but these are:
    • Minimap
    • Scoreboard
    • Sidebar
    • Healthbar
    Laptop Specs:
    • Running Windows 7 x32
    • Intel 2 CPU - T7200 @ 2GHz
    • 4GB RAM
    • ATI Mobility Radeon X1600
    • Motherboard Hewlett-Packard 30A3
    Ingame Photo
    Scoreboard


    Any ideas?
