Blurry text and low FPS

    Its a bit hard to see in the screenshot but upon starting the game the text is all slightly blurred and FPS is at 1.

    Anyone know about this or do I need to post some information?
    Not having much technical knowhow I don't have a clue what to give. All I can think of is that I use windows with a 32 bit operating system...

    EDIT: Turns out turning off google talk helps.
