Bought premium, but it took dubbel pay

    Bought the game last night for $12.99 but instead of taking $12.99 from my cellphone it instead took around $25. Is there any way to get the $12.99 back?

    no I do not believe that they take $12.99 extra for buying the game. My friend bought game too for only $12.99, why am I the one who need to pay an extra $12.99(total $25)

    I have no idea, are you on the same provider? I guess you should contact Zong! Since this is absolutely not supposed to happen! Kag only gets money when you pay for a code, and since you didn't accidentally buy 2 codes I guess we can't do anything more than complain to Zong. Please contact them yourself first, and keep us updated.
