Creating threads in 'Help' New to the forums?

[Bug?] Flying outpost.

    As we know, an outpost requires 4x3 rectangle to be built. But after that it seems to be a 4x4 square and sometimes there is no free 1x4 space above it. In that case it starts epileptically flying up!

    I dont't know whether this have been posted already but i haven't find any bug tracker around here.
