Building Follies...

Building in KAG is a challenge. There is quite a learning curve involved. This is all good... But then there are troubles that make it difficult in an annoying way, not a complex one... Glitches!

First of all, when jumping and building two blocks below yourself at once, you may often find yourself quickly warping clean through walls. This makes building towers very slow. This bug has been around for years... So, it's gettin' old...

Second of all... Actually, I don't have much more than that. It's just a pretty annoying problem...

 

It's to do with lag. If you had a perfect 0 ms, it would never happen. It's not something that can really be fixed, afaik

 

Oh... Weird... I mean, I'm always at 33 ping...

 

Just be glad the player eating world glitch is gone....

 

If you can't get away from this problem may I suggest using ladders and building your wall next to your ladder. Yeah it'll be slower to use ladders, but if it's that annoying to go through walls it'll fix it.

 

the ping displayed in the scroeboard is not the best
its pretty much a ping problem. I already mentioned this in another thread but, you can use this for stealing flags through buildings if you build a block next to you.









this also works as an archer using your rope through a hole and moving a little bit or as n knight with bombs, but this requires some luck.

Laggs are probably the biggest problem in kag. I noticed getting dmg from archers while blocking just because of a bad ping.

 

Well, with really filled servers my ping can go up so maybe that's what it is...
