Building on Trees

    Description: New Sprouting trees will let you build on top of them.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Knock Down a tree
    2. Wait for the new tree to sprout.
    3. Build Backwall on the Stump and up the tree
    4. You can place blocks anywhere on it.
