Can not connect to server via IP or Browser

    I made a server somewhat successfully. I'm running Windows 7. I can connect to my own server via the IP 127.0.0.1:50301, however it is not in the browser and I can not connect using my IP. I have ports 50301, 50328, 443, 80 and 25565 open on both TCP and UDP. I added the firewall expection for KAG.exe and KAGserver.exe (program I used to configure server) for both public and private networks. I get the error "make sure you have the IP and server is running" thing when I try and direct connect. Please help me, I want to play with others.
