    I have been trying to make a zombie server for my friend and I and i can't seem to figure out how to portforward
    Can someone please help me accomplish what i really want to get done?

    Interesting, another hamachi user with API issues. You're now the 3rd person I have encountered with a problem like this.

    Try this command:
    netsh interface ipv6 uninstall

    Notes:
    - It may require a reboot
    - You may need to run it in a cmd shell that is run as administrator (right click on cmd and run as administrator)

    nope, I'm just working on reproducing the issue so I can hopefully solve it.


    Would you be open to allowing me to do a screen sharing/remote control session with you at some point? This way I can do a lot of troubleshooting firsthand instead of talking you through lots of additional steps

    This turned out to be due to some weird behavior in one of the libraries we use (libcurl). It autodetected his outgoing IP address as 127.0.0.1 which is clearly incorrect.

    I have added a workaround which helps with this - I suspect this only impacts windows users with hamachi, there must be some way that hamachi is interfering with how that is detected.

    It is not due to IPv6 or any of the IPv6 transition mechanisms at all (I put that here mostly for people who come here from google and go 'zomg look IPv6 breaks shit, gotta disable it!' - don't do it )

    Major thanks to DarcLightz for being patient and working with me to test out some custom builds to identify the issue. I will need to talk to some libcurl developers to identify the cause of this unexpected behavior.

    A hotfix is pushed out for this, since I know at least 2 other people that were having this problem.
