Creating threads in 'Help' New to the forums?

Can't download

    I cant download the game at all. I've tried it on IE and Google Chrome and IE gets an error that it cant be downloaded and Google Chrome says its 0 bytes and can't be downloaded?

    Edit: I even downloaded Firefox and its timing out all over the place. Are there any other backup places to download from?
