    I had this problem too, I am not sure what fixed it but when i went to go to sleep and the next morning tried again it worked, so maybe just restart your computer?​

    no,im in windows 8.1,but i can enter in compatiblity mode with 7 or 8(xp and vista too)
    also,the screenshots give by the first guy is the same as me,but with some plus(im doing on steam)

    I RUNNED THE GAME WITH ADMIN MODE AND WIN 7 COMPATIBILITY,IT WORKED
