Yo-ho-ho!
If you want to see in game the Captain NeL's head, download and install this file in sprites (just replace)
Dont use my head, pls, just look:)

You can still use the pumpkin head, this is female sprite
-How to download and install:
Click on Heads.png picture (bottom of the post), save in your pc and put this file in KAG-Beta\Base\Entities\Characters\Sprites (replace)
In beta you can replace NOW! Dont need reconnect or disconnect.

You should turn this into a full-out pirate texture pack. Maybe PotC, or a custom pirate theme, or just pirates. Keep pirates on your pirate--I mean mind.
