Windows Chat accent bug

    Build number: 935 but in the previous build too

    Description: When I try to tip "&", "é", "è", "ç", "à" in the chat, it's write nothing or strange things

    Steps to reproduce: Open the chat in a server (normally the bug isn't in solo) and try to tip a sentence with &,é,è,ç or à. It's not a problem for english peoples but it's really hard to write without "accent" for french or spanish peoples.
