Chat Bar In Game

    I was wondering why the chat bar is on the bottom of the screen now? It kind of gets in the way of things and I was wondering if there is a way to put it at the top again, or if anyone has a way of talking to the devs than please ask if they could make an option to choose where you want the chat bar. I would really appreciate it.
