Classic charging cursor

this mod brings back animated charging circle around the cursor when slashing or shooting, just like in classic. unfortunately, it has to be installed on server to work. i think client-side mods are disallowed in kag by design, and i think that's ok. anyway, installation: download the mod, extract to kag/Mods, and add a line "ChargingCursor" to your kag/mods.cfg file.

its server-only, no client installation needed. it only animates cursor based on player's charge timer, so it needs not to synchronize it with server. and it does not alter combat mechanics.
