    Hi, I just bought premium and tried to activate it with my code and it said it was not valid. If there is something I can do, please tell me. I really want to go on my friend's gold server.

    Please send an e-mail to support [at] thd.vg including your account name, the code you're trying to use, and the e-mail address it was sent to. We will verify that the code is valid and if not we can tell you the right one. Please try and send the e-mail from the e-mail address used to purchase the code, that helps auhenticate the request.
