Coding impossible?

    Well,i have one "idea".
    But i have a problem.Can you explain me how hard would it be to make this:
    -you play on some server
    -you see griefer and vote to kick him
    -KAG makes 2-3-4 screenshoots of this player,but only when he use "action key" and not movement key
    -vote show reason and couple of frames that loop couple of times so you can see what is he doing
    -people makes popcorn and kick the guy
    -can be good if someone votes you,the saint guy out,but you didnt do anything and you are safe as an egg on a highway.

    So,answer to a 1 000 000 000 $ question is:
    1.Peace of cake that is used in American pie movie
    2.easy as 1 ton of feathers
    3.can do it whit my eyes filled whit votka and lemon
    4.one handjob..wth?
    5.medium baked
    6.hard as fu**
    7.will turn off the Sun before someone do this
    8.need to call Chuck Norris!

    only MM Would know how hard something to code is on his game. But too be honest i have trouble understanding exactly what you are trying to say.

    What do you mean by action key? In game action Key?

    and what do you mean by kag making screenshots? Like recording the griefer?

    Yes this can be done. I'm sure that MM has demo recording possible in his engine. He has it in Soldat. In soldat, the demo can be broken up into pics to be converted to an avi. In this case, just have a script that takes screenshots every half second while a vote is on for some douchebag.

    I think the development of a proper replay format would be better though, simply storing changes to the game state rather than millions of jpegs. It shouldn't be too hard, it's just a matter of time spent away from other things. ~4-5 difficulty ;)
    ...I'll see whether we could fit something like that into this next build around all the graphics engine rewrites.

    Ideally it'd constantly be demo recording and send off a copy of the current game's recording along with the point in time where you clicked the griefer cross so moderators could find the action you wanted to report easily enough.
