Creeper World

Played this game ages ago, just found it again :D

It's like a top down RTS, and also uses some minor tower defense elements (Not much though).
The enemy is called the Creeper, an ooze type thing which moves around the land, coming from emitters.
It has absolutely nothing to do with Minecraft creepers

It also has energy as it's main resource, which you gather from collectors or reactors.

There's a second side scrolling type one, and a 3rd, unreleased, top down.

10$ each for 1 & 2, or 15$ for both.

Played this before. Can get pretty tense at times. If you don't care too much about graphics it's actually a nice game.

 

Cheers for replying, if you follow the link and click 'blog', at the top, there's about 20 posts about CW3, it's got 'better' graphics and just seems a lot better all round. :)
It does get repetitive, but I often play one mission every day or two, just gotta' be in the mood :D

 

I'll guess I'll try it out sometime.

 

Also, the first game has basically infinite levels.
There's a story mode, conquest, special something, and they have about 120 all up.
Then, there's custom maps by the thousands, made by the community.
And lastly, there's chronom missions, one for every date since 0 AD(/BC?). up until 31st December 9999 AD.

So there's always something to do, but again, it gets repetitive.

 

I loved this game!
Spent like a full day trying to beat it.
