A while ago, I read this thread. There it says it isn't possible for the normal raspberryPi.

The Raspberry 2 Model B is a bit more powerful, than his father.
I would use it only for LAN matches with friends. Maybe on a small 2v2 Map.

My Question: Is it possible to run an kag2d server on a raspi 2?

Assuming that a 2v2 match could be hosted by the minimum specs of a server you are looking at this:
    • Ram: At least 128 MB.
    • CPU: At least 1 core clocked @ 1ghz.
The Raspberry pi 2 model B has the following specs:
    • A 900MHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 CPU
    • 1GB Ram
KAG isn't really threaded in anyway so the extra cores don't really help. But you might be able to squeeze by and run it on the pi. I think it's just a case of test it and see how it goes.
