Windows Dedicated Server issues

    i have finally gotten my server up and running but i have two problems still.
    1.) it will not allow players to spawn
    2.) when i try to edit game mode it says that the value 500 is not valid.

    please someone tell me how to fix :(

    I already looked at his server, he wants a big RP map and I told him he needs to copy another server's or make his own. As for the game mode, I told him I'd make him one when I got time and no one else have helped him yet.
