Does anyone know of any good C++ IDEs I can stick on a flashdrive?

    Live pen with some distribution of linux could solve your problem. Also it may be that what I say is complete absurd as I'm not good with computers. :)

    I decided to go with Dev_C++ and Codeblocks, DC++'s has an easier interface to understand imo
