Downloaded KAG on new computer from KAG2D website - Build 422 dafuq

    Have no idea whats up, anyone got a link to the current build? Pretty sure this build is waaaaaay out of date and there are no servers up. Or else I'm going nuts, might want to check out the link on the website guys by the way.

    Can someone else download a fresh version of KAG and see fi they have the same problem? Used Firefox on 32bit windows 7.

    you should uninstall that version of kag, delete the remaining folder and then install it again.
    It shouldnt happen on the first time you install KAG on a pc.

    The same thing has happened to me, I did a clean re-install and the build was 422. I got round it by simply doing another clean re-install.

    It may be the build is out of date, or Windows firewall could be blocking some of the game's features. Try running the program as an administrator, that works for me. You antivirus could also be blocking the port KAG uses, which would stop the game from both connecting to servers and updating itself.

    Uninstalled, reinstalled, deinstalled and comboinstalled.

    Still getting Build 422.

    I did see you playing a few weeks ago,so you could try right clicking the KAG folder and click "Properties", then click on the "Previous Versions" tab and choose one you are sure has the current build.

    Get your Windows and reinstall it. I guess is the only way left. Or get CCleaner and delete the registry, uninstall KAG and then try it.

    What?! Reinstall windows because KAG doesn't work? That's overkill right there.

    Here's some simple ideas to get KAG working:

    1. Delete the version.txt file
    Sometimes KAG thinks it's up to date when it's not. To fix this, go into your "KAG" folder and then go into the "App" folder. Delete the
    version.txt and run KAG. It'll update and you should be good

    2. Delete your cache on your browser.
    In your browser, delete your cache. This might be the reason why the KAG update is downloading build 422. Use CCleaner or Google how to delete the cache for your browser

    Don't uninstall windows over KAG. It's just one app and most likely Windows has nothing to do with it.
