    I believe you have to install the latest windows service pack (update) if you are using Windows 2003 or Windows XP, but more info would be appreciated :)

    This is my grandmother's computer and it's ancient. OS:Windows Xp Home Edition, CPU:Intel Celron. It seems that the computer won't update at all, I've downloaded sp1 over and over but it won't work, any help for that?

    That probably suggests you need an Office disc :p
    If you have the xp disc, you could try a repair install.

    Guess what...I just skipped sp1 and got sp2, then sp3, now i can play, but i have more problems with multiplayer...(see new thread)
