    Nope, these are not speedhacks, because i know him.
    He's not that kind of person, who will use speedhacks.
    Or even if he'd want to i think he doesn't know how.
    He told me he's playing with modem and some very very slow internet.

    From the brief glimpses at the scoreboard he looks insanely laggy which could cause his slowed movement and then increased movement. It could also account for his "leaving" which very well could be him losing connection completely. But it could also be speed hacks, I can't really definitively tell though.
