    Let me see if I got it, your problem is that someone using some kind of client-modding to impersonate your name on your server right?

    If that's your problem, it's very likely to be the same guy (Hatsumei). With no proof video proof, It's very unlikely him to get a master server ban, but you can ban him on your server (You can post on Action thread if you need his IP for a ban).

    Also, post your logs here, it's hard to know whats going on from a couple of screenshots.

    always look at chat box evidence is there too that i banned him but he was still there

    whenever i banned him he would come back agian with another clan tag
