In tth saw costs 150 wood.

In ctf saw costs 150 wood + 100 stone

I think that is weird... Please vote what you think.

(AND FIX DA GODDAMN DOUBLEKILLING SAWMILLS, sawmills giving double kills is just weird (same with falling down the black hole(?) (the end of the map, down there, meh can't english)).

I guess there could be a small change to stone usage for saws in Take The Halls. But I don't think it's necessary for points below.

There isn't much use for saws in TTH, as, there isn't any tele's to put saws below. Wood source in both game modes are a must. Wooden door spamming is an awesome tactic for a good builder imo. Also the tend for rein-forcing with wooden blocks & backwall.

I almost never play TTH, because I hate it. And when. I do I don't see much activity with them other than tree-farms and some traps here and there.

I think sawmills are good for now. As CTF tends to use more wood for forward bases, shops and other things. 100 stone is fair, as you get 30 stone per pickup at the tent.

I didn't say anything about storages, did I? Good teams will tend to swap to build for a few seconds and drop their materials (mats). You could also get your friends to give you their spare stone or wood (mostly stone-as wood is infinite.

Yes it does. But as I said above. You can use the storage or get some stone from friends. It's the same for every long map though, the stone will eventually run out from the dirt piles below you.

Anyway, saws in CTF must be a target for an enemy knight. Taking out a builders wood source is a must to crippling the other teams builder time.

Don't mine stone with drills though. Unless you really want it to run out. Silly people.

    ---
Summary is, saws are used more in CTF for some obvious reasons. TTH doesn't need as much wood and traps most of the time. Help your friends and work together to get the right amount of stone for things. And overall, IMO saw cost seems fine as it is now. If something drastic happens this could change my opinion.

Hopefully some good points in there. A bit tired so there might be a bit of drowsy writing.

Saw costs are FINE, but the fact that they give a double kill/death just doesn't make any sense...

    Same with falling into oblivion.

    Hmm....???

I think saws should cost 150 wood and 50 stone for any gamemode. And if you fall into a saw or the void I dont think it does double to your kills nor deaths it just says it in the top right corner.

@Lavaguy678 you're wrong, double kills counts but anyway I think it's not bad with current saw costs :P There are more important things, bugs to fix.. This one maybe doesn't make any sense but isn't bad. It's just like +/- 2 points for me and builders deserves it ;P

I assume it should be somewhat easy, but I'm no programmer and I don't want Geti's wrath to strike me down so maybe it isn't. ::P:

By product of trying to make suicides by void, and saw mishaps count as double deaths.
