Flags and groups?

    Is there any way to group usernames such as
    i.e:
    Group(Admin): *User 1* User 2* etc*

    Group(Moderator): *User 1* User*2 etc*

    And give them specific flags for commands?

    i.e:
    Group(Admin): *User 1* User 2* etc*
    Flags: Kick, Ban, Freeze, Editor, NextMap, RestartMap
    Group(Moderator): *User 1* User*2 etc*
    Flags: Kick, Freeze, Ban

    Possibly even having specific colors (slight tie-in with previous thread I posted)

    i.e:
    Group(Admin): *User 1* User 2* etc*
    Flags: Kick, Ban, Freeze, Editor, NextMap, RestartMap
    Color: 125,255,000
    Group(Moderator): *User 1* User*2 etc*
    Flags: Kick, Freeze, Ban
    Color: 000,255,000

    If none of this is possible to do yet, will this, or some similar system ever be implemented?
