Flashing refurbishing screen

    Description:

    Whenever you check on a building's inventory when it is currently producing an item, and you mouse over any of said items, the screen will sometimes repeatedly flash a solid sky blue screen, or not flash at all but just obstructe your view. This does not always occur, and the Nursery seems to be more prone to this. The only workaround is to estimate when it's done producing items, and the only fix is to press Esc twice.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1.- Build a (specialized) factory/Nursery.
    2.- Immediately check the building's inventory.
