    There are many cases where I would simply like to leave a small note on a post rather than reply to it. Typically this happens when I don't have a complete opinion on something, or it doesn't directly pertain to topic. Where, if I post, it may get everyone off topic and cause the thread to get derailed.

    I have seen on a few different forums where you have the ability to leave comments in a thread, would it be possible for that to be added to the forums?
