Try to defrag your CPU, scan for viruses, clean it generally.
    But I dunno why. Drivurs?

Agreed with Downburst, this sounds like a driver issue. Do you experience fps issues in other games and applications as well?

Yes, it's the only game where i have 2 FPS.

I don't think that i have installed all the drivers.

I will defrag my computer today.

Well, here are some things you might want to check.
    1. Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed on the computer
    2. I would also suggest you to change the hardware acceleration to different levels and check.
    3. The following steps will help you to change hardware Acceleration:
    4. Click on start
    5. Click on control panel
    6. Click on display
    7. Click on screen resolution
    8. Click on Advanced settings
    9. Click on troubleshoot
    10. Click on change settings.
    11. Change hardware resolution to different levels and see if it helps.
Have you checked if your fans are physically busted or clogged with dust?
The problem is probably caused due to the heat. Measure it by going to http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

If the heat is causing the problem, try checking out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwXNNm2SmS8
If none of these solutions work, chances are nobody can fix the problem other than your laptop manufacturer.

    Hope this helps!

So did you install all appropriate drivers? (is the display adapter installed at system->hardware)

If not, what videocard do you have?

    I did and now :

The loading is perfect, the FPS in game (on the menu) is 30 so nice, but when i want to play singleplayer or multiplayer, there is a blue screen and the FPS are 2 or 3..
