FRAPs Issue - Halp!

Hello, my fellow people of people-land! I have an issue with a piece of software you might know very well - FRAPs. As some of you may know, I rely on it as my main source of work for my gaming channel, ockpii.

Well, here's the thing. Whenever I record simpler games, FRAPs doesn't record properly. This has happened with BlasterMan vs YellowSkull, in which case I had to switch to an actual screen recorder, and, now, Spelunky.

So, what happens is this - FRAPs records the whole resolution of the screen (isolating the game's resolution area), which causes a bad lag. Sooo....

If anyone knows a way that I can fix this, I would very much appreciate it.
