Game freezes upon attempting to enter server, also randomly in game

    whilst playing KAG upon entering servers, sometimes all players appear but will not move, bombs that are dropped continue to make noise and projectiles and dead bodies still fall or move, and sometimes the game freezes randomly whilst im in play, i can still move my avatar and doors still open, but everything else stays still, if i leave and attempt to rejoin i am told i have been banned on this server.
