Gamemode issue - no spawn tents

i have been working on a custom zombie game mode for my server (zipped and attached)
however i am having a problem, i would like my game mode to use spawn tents in the same way as ctf but cannot figure out what i need to add to make it do this.

the issue is that zombies enter from the edges of the screen so when you re spawn you spawn amongst a horde of zombies and instantly die again.

also if a builder creates a knight workshop and changes class they cannot change back to builder if they forgot to build a builders workshop.

i have had several attempts at tweaking the settings so these spawn tents work but when loading up the server nothing seems to have changed.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
