    Greetings, good King's men,

    I'm working on an external server browser, and I'm hoping to add many more wonderful and interesting features to it, with your help.

    Latest Version: 0.5a
    Latest Feature: Buddy Lists!
    This feature lets you add KAG players to your buddy list so you can keep an eye on who is online, and easily join the servers your buddies are on.

    As of now, the server browser can do this:
    • List servers
    • Sort by:
      • # of players (ascending/descending)
    • Options to show just passworded or just gold-only servers.
    • Connect you to a server (via a kag:// link)
    • Display server info and minimaps
    • Open a detail window that you can refresh (!)
    • Auto-join when a slot opens up on a server
    • Runs on IPv6 too
    • Allows login via sso.kag2d.com for single-sign-on. Makes registration almost instantaneous!
    • Buddy list support with up-to-the-minute automatic updates
    Please reply to this thread with features you'd like to see added to it, and I'll try and make it happen.

    Does everything (except joining servers heh) work ok on the ipad?

    Once FLAB adds friends list stuff to the API I'll probably add it.

    Moved to the Community Dev Corner cause it fits here more.

    This is pretty cool.

    One suggestion however. It's just a formatting thing, maybe you could divide each server with a newline like this?:

    Just so that you can tell which map fits which server a little better because it looks strange for certain map sizes, like this:
    alittlestrange.png

    It's not a huge issue, so take it with a grain of salt.

    This is pretty cool, it worked fine from my iPod om currently on.
    It's actually really cool you did a great job.

    And just a question to everyone, can API fetch the player list from a server yet?

    Theroetically ur wasn't bugged, it is possible to get all the players on a server and display them, or would you need to create something similar to the name tag?

    In the future if any of you notice ANYTHING weird or broken (or if you think it might be broken but aren't sure), please please please create a thread in this forum and we will discuss it! then if it is a bug or issue, I will fix it or create a bug report as necessary

    In this case, nobody ever told me it wasn't working right... so it sat broken for a couple weeks
