Halls That Are Immediately Flooded After Being Captured, Stay Captured (Despite Netural Appearance)

    Description: If a hall is immediately flooded after being captured, its appearance is reset to neutral. However, it can still function as if it were captured: Teammates spawn in it, can access storage, research, change class, etc. After being cleared of water, the team can capture it like normal, but the only change will be in its cosmetic appearance (red, or blue, coloring instead of white). At first I thought this was a part of the game in the same way you can change class in an enemy hall; however, the spawning, and transport-abilities, make this seem far from likely.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Capture a hall
    2. As fast as you can, flood it (the one pictured below was flooded from left to right)

    I've only ever experienced this once, so replicating it may be difficult

  2. this should be fixed next build, but this is a desynchronization issue and all such issues need tons of testing
