Having a new class called Assasin

Hello everyone,

I am here talking about a class I've been thinking about called Assassin. The Assassin's weapon is a knife (does half a heart damage) so they aren't to op weapon wise. The Assassin also can lay down flat on the ground like an archer (this is a feature you can choose to add or not). The Assassin should have three different types of items:

• The explosive vial
• The invisibility potion
• The swiftness potion

The explosive vial can be thrown a short distance of 4 blocks and makes a small explosion that can deal 3 hearts of damage if some one is caught in the explosion.
Now for my favorite potion: The invisibility potion allows the Assassin to become invisible for 3 seconds (mainly used to get away) but this potion also lets them have a jump increase from an ordinary 3 block jump to a higher 6 block high jump.
Now lucky last: The swiftness potion! Its name describes it the best but I'll go into more detail: This potion greatly increases the speed of the Assassin but you cannot fight using any other potion/vials or your weapon.

I'm afraid that even the most reasonable suggestions are oft never added to the game, considering the devs are the ones making the choices, not the playerbase.

As such, I don't think you should get your hopes up on a new class, because the devs have been pretty adamant about the three current classes. There've been three since the Alpha days, and that's not likely to change any time soon.
