KAG head bug[Solved]

    Shinyskies has created a head minotaur head(c).png but when I go on the servers I see it :/ 2014-03-22_00001.jpg if anyone can help me please thank you

    I might be wrong, but it seems the white background should be invisible.

    Each frame is only supposed to be 16x16 pixels. That and the not invisible background are your problems I think.

    I went ahead and fixed it. Here's what the problems were:
    • As noted by hugio, the background was not transparent, meaning that the background would be visible (You get a white square as your head). Notice how my uploaded pic has a transparent background here in this post.
    • The pic had to be 64x16, the texture you provided was only 64x13.
    • Each texture of the three heads had to be within one of four 16x16 squares.
      • The first being your idle head
      • Second being your active/attacking head
      • Third being you dead head.
      • Fourth being completely transparent.
      • ----
      • Your three heads were distributed over all four 16x16 squares.
