KAG HELP - cant play online

    whenever i start my game it says "could not create kag account. couldnt resolve host name" and "could not connect to authentication server". the news arent shown either. i never palyed online before so i can choose between "i am new" and "link to existing account" but both will show me that error massage.

    what am i supposed to do now??
