    First of all this should go in the help section (Im no moderator)
    Second of all - Did you enter the code they gave you , Or did you simply log on after you purchased it?
    If you did log on right after you bought it theese are the steps:
    1:Go to your email
    2:Check if any code has arrived (If hasnt just wait a few hours - day)
    3:Enter that code in the Kag Main site Premium code reedeem
    4:Wait a little bit
    5:And i suppose Premium.
