    • Is your firewall blocking anything from KAG?
    • Is it only on certain servers, have you tried others?
    • Have you tried reinstalling it?
    • Could you post a log from your KAG folder (in the logs folder) one from when this happens?

    Also try disabling any "network security" or firewall software. Usually this is installed along with your antivirus or "Internet Security Suite" software. These tools seem to break game traffic they don't recognize
