High ping on fast server

    I just made a server called Icosa's Fantas on a 1 Gbps upload VPS. I can host other games on it and get <60 ping, but when adding KAG the ping is at minimum 200. What can I do to make this badboy faster? People amount on server, map size seem to make no difference.

    EDIT: Can a mod delete this (I don't know how)? Apparently in game ping is much lower than what is stated from server listing? Thanks.
