Hosting Server Help :/?

Hey when I try to run the server it just gives me this ...

The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

And just says "The system could not find the file specified" Can anyone help me? thanks!

 

Up I have the exact same problem and i dont know how to fix it either, thanks ;)
