How can you message by rcon in your own server?

    How can you message by rcon in your oown server? Why i am asking this? Because i saw one admin doing that ... when he sayed the command in rcon then Server Message : Hello (example) Popped up.
    Any help would be good.

    Actualy i have one problem more ... When i try to use some commands then it says to me that "Command must be executed serverside" in my own server ? :eek:​

    1) Did you put the 'rcon' part in front of 'msg'
    2) Did you log into rcon
