    If you're not using "the rich text editor to create and edit messages", use the following tags:
    Code:
    [media=youtube]XXXXXXX[/media]
    where XXXXXXX is video id , e.g in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cc-XjYX1OfM ,the id is Cc-XjYX1OfM

    same goes for vimeo,
    Code:
    [media=vimeo]32001208[/media]
    for embedding http://vimeo.com/32001208
